Dear fans and devotees, I am very pleased to present you My new filming studio, or we can call it My play-space, or My castle!
The entire studio is located on the top floor (12th floor) of a building, it is a duplex apartment, on two levels, with an interior staircase. that extends over an area of 286 square meters and includes:
The Fetish Room,
The Hardcore Play Room,
The Bondage and Bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen.
The place is fully equipped for filming, covering the full range of BDSM scenarios as well as for Domination Sessions from 1 hour to extended overnight sessions.
I will give you a brief introduction to each room. Notice that I have also included pictures for each one, see the Galleries attached to each description.
The Fetish Room occupies the space traditionally reserved for the living room. In My experience, not all those who have a fetish are necessarily submissive, and many fetishists prefer and feel more comfortable in a normally decorated space, without too many BDSM or Hardcore elements.

However, although I decorated this room as a normal living room, you will notice 3 important elements: The Cube, the Dance Pole and the Prison Cell.
The Cube is a BDSM device, in which the submissive can be immobilized in 3 main positions:
- on all fours ( for strap-on/pegging play but also for CBT and for using the blocked head of the submissive to worship Mistress's butt, boots, feet and so on)
- lying on his back with his legs up ( strap-on, fucking machine, CBT and other tormenting techniques plus that the face of the submissive can be used for oral servitude and/or other worshiping)
- sitting with his legs spread ( for CBT but mostly I like to use this position for objectification of the submissive and for sissy training - love to see them dressed up like a doll and hanging helpless there.
Of course, with a little imagination and a lot of passion, various positions can be created. What's special about this device? is the fact that the submissive is immobilized with no chance of escape thanks to the hand and foot bindings with screws, specially created for the cube and also, that you can immobilize the submissive's head and any accessories you add, such as a gag, or a butt hook etc, can be locked in place so that the submissive cannot remove them without permission. Very exciting and provocative, isn't it? Especially for those of you who have the fantasy of being immobilized and unauthorized, totally at the mercy of the Mistress!

The Dance Pole is a professional dance pole, purchased from a seller specializing in professional sports equipment, so it is very solid and stable. No, I didn't want a dance pole for dancing, although, I think the sissies would look good dancing on the pole after Mammi dresses them up nicely and puts makeup on their face so they look pretty. Because I decorated the whole duplex in a modern tone, and I also needed a pole, I chose this stainless steel dance pole instead of the traditional wooden pole. It is easy to understand how I can use this pole with My submissive: immobilized stand-up or on knees, with their hands and feet tied to the pole and also, mummified in foil from head to toe, around this pole! Sounds interesting and arousing, right? I can't wait to play like this with My submissive!

The Prison Cell its exactly what it is - a prison cell!
Very handy for slave/submissive training. It can be locked and there is enough space between those bars to put My foot so the prisoner can worship it!
The Prison Cell contain 2 spaces: one space is build under the stairs, where a slave can test a sensory deprivation. It can be used as a deprivation punishment but also , a mattress ( 90/200 cm size) + pillow and bed sheets fits very well in this space and can provide a perfect sleeping room for the slave in extended overnight sessions.
Of course, I didn't forget to add a glory hole in the wall, big enough for the slave to stick his head out to clean the guests' feet or shoes with his tongue, or for the Mistress to insert her foot for the slave to massage/worship while She sits comfortably in the armchair.
The other space/part of the prison cell is the cell, with the iron fence, suitable for many scenarios or fantasies!

The Hardcore Play Room is the room intended for BDSM Hardcore scenes and is decorated for this purpose, special devices for immobilization and torment, equipped with everything you need. What I especially like about this room, besides the atmosphere created by colors, lights (LEDs) and furniture, is the fact that in the evening, if you draw the curtains you can see a fantastic view - it's a very cool feeling to whip a slave with a panoramic view of the city lit up at night by millions of lights.
This room also has a bathroom, so all hygiene needs are covered.

The Bondage and Bedroom
This room with its own bathroom I use it in overnight extended sessions as My bedroom (the Mistress Bed Room). However, it is equipped and perfect for those scenes or sessions where a big bed can be useful. I can have My submissive in different type of bondage ( ropes, leather straps, mummification), laying on the bed at My wish so I can use him for face-sitting, ass smothering, oral servitude, but also CBT, ruin orgasm and so on.
Of course, the fact that the bed is made of metal, those metal bed ends, are very useful to immobilize the submissive in the desired position. For example, a few nights ago, I immobilized my slave, with his hands tied to those metal bars and his feet, passed under the metal bar and tied so well that he had no chance to move his feet during the bastinado and foot tickling session..it was perfect, very painful for him and pleasurable for Me! !

In addition to these spaces that I am describing, there is also a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine and so on) and another bathroom located on the ground floor next to the living room.
I must mention that in all the rooms, in addition to the normal lights, I have installed colored lights on LED strips, so that I can create a special atmosphere with just a click of the remote control.
We also soundproofed the entire space using materials that are used for this purpose, especially for soundproofing recording studios.
In addition, the studio also has a generous terrace of 78 square meters that I intend to arrange as a garden with seating space, many plants: shrubs and flowers and of course a generous Jacuzzi.
